About me
My background is in elite sport and the study of humanity through psychology and theology. My vocation is working in Central Africa where, as a family, we’ve spent many years on some incredible projects. One has been the founding and nurturing of the most exciting rowing programme on earth - Kansanshi Rowing Club in North-West Zambia.
Motivations
The opportunity to connect people to Central and Southern Africa. What is the most important thing in the world? He Tangata, He Tangata, He Tangata. (The People, The People, The People. Maori Proverb).

Fun fact
You don’t have to join the expedition to come rowing with me! You can plug into the Nordic Training iFit Rowing programme! I’m not as good looking as their running/cycling coaches but the scenery is nice!
